New enrollment for Sterlington School Zone starts July 6, 2026. Summer Hours: Mon-Thurs 7-4. Closed Fridays
Must have the following items to enroll:
- Student's Birth Certificate
- Student's Social Security Card
- Current Immunization record
- Drivers License
- Copy of last report card
- Lease/Mortgage (zoned for SMS, with address shown) Lease/Mortgage MUST be in PARENT name enrolling (if parent is NOT listed, a notarized Affidavit must be completed)
- 2 of the following utility bills listed below
- Water bill MUST be in PARENT name enrolling
- Electric Bill MUST be in PARENT name enrolling
- Garbage bill MUST be in PARENT name enrolling
- Cable/Internet bill MUST be in PARENT name enrolling
